TERROIR

Saint-Chinian Berlou comes from very sloping south-facing slopes between 100 and 400m altitude, with a minimum of 30%, short pruning compulsory, irrigation prohibited, naturally hand-picked grapes. The yield is less than 1kg of grapes per vine, i.e. one bottle per stump!

Dark robe with purple highlights. Typical nose of carignan on the schist of Berlou, of complex black fruits with a dense, powerful mouth with silky and elegant tannins. An exceptional wine!
