Punish me Domaine Villa Furiosa is a harmonious and elegant red wine that holds a protected designation of origin Saint Chinian Berlou. You may wonder why this wine has such a name? This cuvée is a true tribute to the winegrowers who planted their vines on the mountain of the very special terroir called "Berlou". Every day, these men punished themselves by working in difficult conditions. Indeed, only one bottle of wine can be made per vine variety!

Punish me Domaine Villa Furiosa consists of three grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache and old Carignan. Between them, these three varieties have produced a dense and generous wine with an exceptional minerality specific to the terroir. Total destemming, fermentation including great temperature control were part of the winemaking process. The result is a wine with a deep and brilliant purple colour, enhanced by crimson reflections. On the nose, succumb to notes of ripe black fruits and toasted wood scents. The mouth is greedy and silky.

The tasting will be ideal at 17° C around a meal based on meat, poultry and game.
