SOIL
Flanked by limestone cliffs, with optimal sunlight exposure and light winds, these soils produce rich, concentrated wines with elegant notes of ripe dark fruit and hints of spices.
VINIFICATION
Traditional vinification in tanks, temperature control at the beginning of fermentation, long maceration for 30 days with moderate extractions and permanent stirring of the lees.

The nose is marked by canded red berries. The mouth is multi-layered and well balanced with the velvety tannins and the fine length.
