La Bastide Saint-Vincent Vacqueyras Pavane 2019 - Red Wine
Red wine from France, Appellation Vacqueyras - Vintage 2019
Red wine from France, Appellation Vacqueyras - Vintage 2019
The Vacqueyras appellation is a formidable competitor to the nearby and expensive Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Laurent Daniel, one of the best winegrowers in the region, produces fine wines on a small scale.
The hand-harvested grapes, mainly Grenache, from vines over forty years old, are subject to strict quality control as soon as they arrive at the cellar before ending up in the fermentation tank. Spiciness, finesse and persistence in one!
La Bastide Saint-Vincent Vacqueyras Pavane 2019 is a bright red wine with notes of red berries and spices on the nose. The taste is full, spicy and persistent.
A Vacqueyras with more Mourvèdre than Syrah in the blend of grapes, the grapes have grown on 6 different plots of the Garrigues plateau from a gravelly terrace.
Delicious with spicy and hearty dishes such as game and stews, it can also be enjoyed outside of meals.
Ready to drink two years after harvest, and can be stored for up to six years if desired.
