TASTING NOTES
This wine has an intense colour with purple reflections. Its aromatic nose evokes red, ripe and black fruits, with a finish on toasted, cocoa notes. The dense, deep velvet mouth is reminiscent of silk. The ripe and well-melted tannins bring a long and harmonious persistence. An immediate pleasure with the identity of the Pic Saint Loup. To be drunk now, potential to keep for 5 to 10 years.
FOOD/WINE PAIRING
To be enjoyed with grilled prime rib, tournedos Rossini and matured cheeses.
