PRESENTATION:

François -Xavier Barc & Claude Vallée are passionate winegrowers who respect the environment, the vineyards are all in sustainable agriculture (certified organic).

At the north-western end of Touraine, the vineyards of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil are located only in the commune of the same name.

Pleasure and Quality are the key words, a demanding selection of plots of land, a reasoned cultivation of the vine, vinification to make us discover all the authenticity of the terroir of the Loire.

TASTING NOTES :

Colour : The colour is purple with brilliant reflections.

Nose : Very beautiful complex nose, a compromise between black fruits (clearly on blackberries) and floral notes.

Palate : The attack is very pleasant on the fruit with liquorice notes supported by a beautiful acidity.

Gourmet suggestions:

Veal Blanquette, fajitas, cold cuts, fried sweetbreads.
