Farmers of Wine is a red wine rooted in a region of southern Italy: Puglia. It is within warm and tough grounds that the vines have been cultivated for centuries. The estate has had organic farming certification for over 15 years and wishes to offer a wine that is both surprising and respectful of the environment. For the production of this red wine from Puglia , it was necessary to marry 2 grape varieties specific to the region: Primitivo and Negroamaro . The winemaker has always used the alberello method promoting better absorption of all nutrients by the plant and the production of excellent fruits. The harvest was carried out manually and the aging was carried out in stainless steel tanks.

The grape varieties give this Farmers of Wine a brilliant dark red color. On the nose, there are aromas of black fruits (blackberries, cherries and plums) which are revealed as soon as the bottle is opened. In the mouth, the interaction between the fruit and the spice dominate a dense matter. The finish is round and velvety. To complete the tasting, it is advisable to serve this organic red wine at a temperature of 18 ° C.
