The Côtes du Rhône appellation represents 80% of the terroir's production. These are sunny wines, warm, of beautiful sustained color, always frank and generous.

TERROIR

Semi sandy, clayey slopes, composed of fossilized sediments. North exposure.

GRAPES

Grenache noir, Syrah.

VINIFICATION

The grape varieties harvested at maturity are completely destemmed and then vinified separately. After a 24-hour cold maceration, fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated vats for 15 days, accompanied by regular pumping over and unballasting before maturing for 6 months in vats.

TASTING

Color : garnet with bluish reflections.

Nose : bouquet of red fruits.

Palate : long and fruity.
