Red wine from France, AOP Languedoc
The Mejanelle Domaine de la Palombière is a red wine respecting, from the vine to the bottling, the principles of organic farming. It also has a Languedoc protected designation of origin which gives it an additional asset for all lovers of good Languedoc wine. The terroir on which the vines are grown is exceptional. Thanks to a dry and warm Mediterranean climate and a soil made up of rolled pebbles, this territory allows the production of concentrated wines, balanced in flavours and with a good presence in the mouth. Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre have been blended to make this organic red wine.
The grapes for the Mejanelle Domaine de la Palombière vintage were hand-picked, completely de-stemmed and fermented at controlled temperature. All these steps have led to a wine with a dark and intense colour and velvety tannins that you will be able to perceive as soon as you enter the mouth. This wine is full-bodied, with a beautiful alcoholic richness of 15.5%. On the nose, it reveals the scents of red and black berries with a floral finish reminiscent of the flowers of the garrigue.
The Mejanelle Domaine de la Palombière is pleasant to taste at 18° C with dishes in sauce, lamb, red meat or cheese.
