: The white wine M de Minuty, is elaborated in the lineage of rosé, red and white wines of the Château Minuty domain.

This white wine from Provence, develops beautiful aromas, slightly citrus-acid (grapefruit and lime) and offers a long and fresh mouth feel.

It has a limpid, clear and luminous colour.

The winegrower works his vines in a traditional way with direct pressing and fermentation at low controlled temperatures.  This magnificent white wine has the Protected Designation Côtes de Provences and will go perfectly with white meats and fish in sauce, as well as with cheese, especially goat's cheese.
