This is not just any Vouvray!!! This one is 100 % chenin (rarity) moreover, it is aged in French oak barrels. The combination of the grape variety and the maturing process gives us a wine of great complexity, with a nice ageing potential. Qualification: Superb!

TASTING NOTES:

Colour: An attractive brilliant yellow colour with green reflections.

Nose: Aromas of toasted almonds, white flowers and citrus fruits dominate this bottle.

Palate: A beautiful freshness, the mouth is ample and mineral, supported by a very light woody note for an immediate pleasure.

Serving temperature: Cool 10 °C.

Food suggestions: As an aperitif, with shellfish (mussels), fish.
