Les Ormes de Vaugely Cuvée les Galets Roulés is a white wine called VDPCE (Wines of Various Countries of the European Community) which comes from an estate located in the south of France. Benefiting from the exceptional setting of Pic-Saint-Loup and a Mediterranean climate, this wine is produced from Muscat and Colombard grapes. To the nose, Muscat brings sweet aromatic nuances and allows a good balance with the lemon and citrus notes released by the colombard. These two grape varieties have been grown on a clay-limestone soil suitable for wine-growing.
Les Ormes de Vaugely Cuvée les Galets Roulés presents a bright pale yellow colour with green reflections. To obtain this delicious beverage to be enjoyed with salads, seafood, plancha fish or as an aperitif, it was necessary to harvest at night at cool temperatures and vinify at low temperatures.
This wine gives a lively, round, aromatic mouth feel and is best served at 7°C. Classified as being a great reserve wine, it has had time to stabilize and develop more scents and aromas. It has a good caudalie and will delight lovers of fruity wines.
