Uby N ° 3 is a white wine from the South West of France, aromatic and fruity. For ten years, the winemaker François Morel from a line of winegrowers who arrived in France in 1920 has been keen to make the techniques leading to this remarkable quality white wine flourish. The estate has also invested in a new winery in 2012 in order to perpetuate and accentuate its mastery and technicality during the vinification and aging of the wines.

Today, the vines are cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture and produce a favorite wine for the hatchet wine guide.
