Nature Sauvage Chardonnay is a white wine whose production is localised in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, in Teyran. It is composed exclusively of the Chardonnay grape variety. It has a beautiful pale yellow colour and offers a slightly toasted aromatic nose, a lively, balanced and fruity mouth, with light notes of vanilla and coconut.

The grapes for this wine were picked at night in order to preserve their freshness and to offer a quality white wine afterwards. The vinification was done at low temperatures.

Its ideal serving temperature is 7° C. This white wine is suitable for all meals, salads, fish, shellfish, cheeses...
