Jardins Secrets Les Baumelles Chardonnay is a white wine made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety. The estate produces quality wines, the grapes are picked at optimal maturity which exalts all the typicality of the Languedoc grape varieties. The terroir is quite temperate due to its exposure. The vines have grown up in the Limoux area, whose soil is rather a clay-limestone type.

Jardins Secrets Les Baumelles White Chardonnay benefits from a Protected Geographical Indication Pays d'Oc, a real reference guaranteeing quality. Ideally served at a temperature of 7° C, this wine is flattering, soft and easy to drink and has a beautiful pale yellow colour. It will offer you a slightly toasted aromatic nose. The palate is lively, balanced and fruity, with light notes of vanilla and coconut.
