El Pulpo is a Spanish white wine 100% chardonnay with the DOC Mancha appellation . It comes from the " Isidro Milagro " winery, a 3-generation family business, located in central Spain. For more than 20 years, the vineyard has been in organic farming , which promises, in addition to the qualities of the wine, total respect for the environment and the territory on which the vines are cultivated. The soils are relatively homogeneous in this region with sandy clay and limestone. The harvest is also always done manually.

The color of this Spanish wine El Pulpo is golden yellow with a beautiful elegance. Its nose, meanwhile, offers an exotic bouquet of citrus fruits and white flowers . Pleasant on the palate, the white wine El Pulpo is very fresh with accents of peaches, apricots and exotic fruits .

It is preferably served between 8 and 10 degrees to get the best of its aromas during tasting. This Chardonnay goes wonderfully, both as an aperitif and as a main course, with fish such as tuna and salmon, seafood including grilled squid (a sure favorite), pork, poultry as well as vegetarian dishes.
