Red wine from France - AOP Languedoc
Double Ripasse is a unique cuvée resulting from a double vinification. The technique consists of re-fermenting the juice already vinified from well-ripened grapes, a second time on marc from grapes picked over-ripe. The process aims to increase the quality of the wine by giving it more color, concentration, extraction, very ripe and evolved flavors and aromas.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-17°C.
TASTING COMMENTS
The color is deep purple, surrounded by an intense violet aura. The bouquet is dominated by complex aromas of very ripe red and black berries, blackberry, plum and hints of spice. On the palate, a wine with a strong sensation! It coats the palate well, it is concentrated, rich, complex and has superb length. The tannins are seductive, velvety, coated in fruit and of a unique aromatic complexity combining history and modernity. A generous and complex finish awaits!
