Finca Bancales is a fruity red wine with a cherry color. It comes from a vineyard where the soil is composed of silt and sand. The vines are exposed to both north and south and peak at 450 meters above sea level. The care and respect that characterize the making of this wine also echo the Care project initiated within the estate. This vintage is made from 100% Grenache from 80 year old vines.

Promising, this red wine from Spain also obtained an excellent rating in 2018 (92/100 James Suckling). On the vinification side, alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature then a 21-day peel takes place. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels.

The estate in the Spanish region of Aragon has produced a wine with an intense nose of ripe red and black fruits with a touch of balsamic. The flavors on the palate are a soft blend of ripe and spicy notes , on the first attack, to which the tannins of this red wine are perfectly integrated. The finish is rich, intensely elegant with abundant fruit. In the kitchen, the Finca Bancales wine can accompany all meats and even a dish of spaghetti.
