Côte du Rhône Parallèle 45 is the most well-known certified organic red wine from Maison Paul Jaboulet Ainé. Historic wine of the vineyard, this Parallèe 45 takes its name from the 45th North parallel which is located just two kilometers from the cellars where it is produced. This beautiful history is of course complemented by the passion and commitment of the winemaker in order to offer you a balanced and lively wine. This organic red wine is made from three different grape varieties: 55% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. This skilful blend is able to express all the richness of the terroir and gives a sustained and brilliant red colour. It is best to drink this Côte du Rhône Parallèle 45 immediately at lunch or dinner with friends or family. It will delight gourmets as it goes very well with red meats and cheeses. The nose is aromatic and elegant. We find notes of red fruit complemented by a spicy touch.

With a serving temperature between 16 and 18 ° C, it offers a structured, round mouth with a spicy finish.
