A bit of history:
Until now only White Proseccos existed. Several years ago the producers introduced the request to launch a Prosecco Rosé in DOC Spumante.

Do you like Prosecco ? Do you like Rosé ? This new Bulle Rosé Prosecco DOC will delight your taste buds!
As Prosecco enjoys a controlled and protected designation, it is subject to strict regulations which must be carried out from production.

Good news:
In September 2020, the consortium agreed to produce this future little nugget, after years of legal battles !

Terre Nardin , our family winery founded in 1922, is located in the heart of the " Marca Trevigiana ", the region around Treviso, nestled in the rolling hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

Vinification:
1st fermentation with transformation of must into wine at a controlled temperature between 14 ° and 16 °. Pinot Noir is vinified separately with a short maceration at low temperature. With the Martinotti method in autoclave the 2nd fermentation lasts at least 90 days.

Tasting notes:
Perlage : Fine, elegant and persistent.
Color : Pale pink color
Nose : Intense, delicate and fragrant bouquet, pleasantly fruity with marked notes of fruit such as strawberry, raspberry , cherry, floral notes like rose.
Palate : Beautiful freshness, elegant and balanced, a finish enhanced by a very pleasant aromatic touch.
