With its composition based on grape varieties such as Syrah and Muscat, it is characterized as a dry rosé, ideal for tasting during the summer season. Syrah and Muscat were grown on a plot of land with clayey limestone soil. It is the traditional method of vinification  which has been used with particular attention to temperature control.
