Ca Bianca de Moscato d'Asti is a white wine produced by the Ca'Bianca winery, located in the famous wine region of Piedmont, Italy. With around 40 hectares of vines, the estate offers a wide range of varied wines, all of which come from know-how acquired over several decades.

Ca Bianca de Moscato d'Asti reveals all the qualities of the Bianco Moscato grape . The grapes underwent gentle pressing and generated a juice which was stored in refrigerated tanks at low temperature. Then a slow fermentation started at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The result ?
