This Cinquantino 100% Fiano is a Italian White wine from the Apulia region . The estate, Cantina Sampietrana produces this excellent white wine.

Vinified only from Fiano grape , a grape variety from the region, which is found throughout southern Italy and which was almost forgotten.

Fortunately, some winegrowers have rediscovered it and allow it to be reborn in Puglia.

The harvest is manual, maceration, fermentation and aging are done in stainless steel tanks to preserve the floral and delicate character of the fruitiness of the grape variety.

When tasting, this white wine from Puglia has a beautiful yellow robe. On the nose, it develops fine aromas of freshly picked flowers. There are also citrus flavors for freshness and dried fruit for roundness.

The mouth is full with a very subtle residual acidity full of freshness but developing a strong character in the aftertaste.
