Tasting
The colour:
This Chablis offers a beautiful pale gold colour. It is clear, bright, almost crystalline.
Nose:
The very beautiful, aromatic and floral nose reveals a gentle fragrance of honey and white flowers.
Palate:
The entry in the mouth is frank and supple at the same time. It offers a lot of purity and balance. It evolves generously, with notes of honey, acacia and sweet almond on the finish. We let ourselves be taken on a journey of oriental flavours. A structured and elegant Chablis.
Food pairings
Chablis is the ideal accompaniment to an aperitif, a warm St Marcellin on toast, fish in papillotes, scallops and white meats.
Gourmet ideas:
Goat's cheese/honey brick - Chicken coconut curry.

11 to 12°
