The Cuvée Rose et Or of Château Minuty, is a sublime and very prestigious rosé wine. Intense freshness, nobility of mouth and explosion of noble fruit aromas are the result of a particularly careful vinification. Manual harvesting, alcoholic fermentation at very low temperature, are as many attentions which allow the Grenache, Cinsault and Tibouren grape varieties to develop all their potential in this exceptional wine of Protected Designation of Origin Côtes de Provences.

It is complex and fresh on the palate with great finesse. It reveals aromas of sweet citrus fruits (pink grapefruit) and white flesh fruits. Its nose is intense and powerful, hidden by a beautiful pale crystal robe.

This sober and classy wine is perfect for both aperitifs and meals, accompanied by fish, Asian dishes or even sushi.
