Tinto Sobre Lias is a red wine from Spain with Grenache and Syrah as grape varieties.

The wine comes from Domaine Bodegas Anadas , located in the heart of Do Carinena, one of the oldest family businesses in this region. As part of the "CARE" project, the wines of this winery are undoubtedly high quality wines. All the elements, including the quality of the grape and the infrastructure to obtain a perfect vinification, have been chosen with care. The grapes necessary for the elaboration of this wine are carefully selected and are located at an altitude of 600 meters. The vinification was carried out by a cold soaked peel for 4 days. Alcoholic fermentation at constant temperature followed and aging in oak barrels for 3 months.

Tasty and very well balanced, Tinto Sobre Lias wine has an intense color of black cherries with a crystalline appearance. The mouth is powerful and fleshy , the fruit is totally present while having an intense and long aftertaste. A complex nose with powerful aromas of ripe red and black fruits represents this red wine well. This red wine goes wonderfully with beef, veal, poultry and pasta.
