We decided to make the origins of vines belonging to the Côte de Beaune coexist in the bottles, from Puligny-Montrachet to Pommard, the Côte de Nuits and old vines in the Hautes Côtes. No less than twenty different plots. Cuvée made from purchases of selected grapes and cuvées.
Vinified 100% manually, this Grand Red Wine of Burgundy, Bourgogne " Cuvée Margot " , is aged 12 months in barrels and 12% of the harvest, in < strong> new barrels .
This wine, made exclusively from the Pinot-Noir grape, gives it superb aging potential and will be ideally drunk between 2020 and 2025.
At tasting, it offers a flattering nose with aromas of small red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), a fresh and elegant palate on the crunchiness of the fruit and fine tannins.
