The Domaine de Valinière is located in the south of France in the commune of Saint Drézéry.

Clayey limestone soil, Mediterranean climate.
VINIFICATION
Each grape variety is vinified separately. Traditional maceration in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
16-18 °C.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: deep red and shiny.
Nose: complex of blackcurrant, violets and blackberries evolving towards notes of cocoa and spices.
Palate: well-balanced, powerful and fleshy with notes of roasting.
FOOD/WINE PAIRING
Goes well with grilled red meats, duck breasts and confits, game and cooked cheeses.
