Domaine Serre Saint Vincent Les larmes de Syrus is a red wine which reveals a brilliant, purple robe with violet reflections. Produced on a southern terroir and on a clay-limestone soil, this wine has taken advantage of the richness of its territory to respond favorably to the production requirements of the protected designation of origin Corbières. It consists of 55% syrah, 25% black grenache and 20% old carignan mourvèdre vines. The syrah and the grenache noir were vinified in vats in successive layers while the old carignan mourvèdre vines were vinified in vats in whole grains (carbonic maceration). This complex blend has the advantage of offering a nice attack on the palate thanks to notes such as blackcurrant and blackberries. The ample and fat palate knows how to remain elegant and fine.

Domaine Serre Saint Vincent The tears of Syrus can be tasted at a temperature of 17 ° C. On the nose, it contains a collection of aromas of strawberry, blackcurrant, blackberries and cooked fruits. This evolves towards fresher notes of pine needles. This wine is perfect for meals made with duck breast or sirloin steak.
