Gueule de Boa Domaine Serre Saint Vincent

Red wine from France, PDO Corbières
Gueule de Boa Domaine Serre Saint Vincent is a red wine made from a very fine terroir of Moux. Located at the foot of the Alaric mountain, the grapes necessary for the production of this wine have been vinified in the traditional way with great control of temperatures. With a pretty deep black color, this wine is offered to you with a beautiful aromatic complexity. Very ripe red fruits and crushed blackcurrant mingle with notes of garrigue and spices.
Gueule de Boa Domaine Serre Saint Vincent is made from a blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah. These three grape varieties allow you to offer a powerful wine. The tannins are concentrated and the material on the palate is characterized by generous fruit. The finish is long.
The tasting is done alone or accompanied by a meal. It has the advantage of being enjoyed with all types of dishes but will be exceptional with grilled meats. Mediterranean tapas, mature cheeses or chocolate cakes will go just as well with this red. It should be served chilled, preferably at a temperature of between 16 and 17 ° C.
Let yourself be challenged by a nicely crafted bottle then bewitch by the seductive character of Gueule de Boa!
