SOIL

It is in Lunel-viel at the gateway to the Camargue, on an exceptional terroir of clay-limestone hillsides covered with small rolled pebbles, that our 60-hectare vineyard, cultivated in organic farming, flourishes.

WINEMAKING

This cuvée is made from a plot selection of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, picked at good maturity, then vinified following a method that extracts the best from the fruit.

18°C.

TASTING NOTES

The robe is a deep purple hue. The nose is intense of black fruits, with hints of spices and undergrowth. The palate is generous, with melted tannins well coated by the fruit. The finish is fine and silky.
