Red wine from France
À l'encre de tes yeux by Nicolas Vellas is a red wine presented in a black bottle, intriguing and very elegant. This wine of France can be drunk on a daily basis while being served at a temperature between 16 and 18° C. It is made from a grape variety called nero-antica which produces structured wines with good acidity. The grapes were grown on a clayey-limestone soil and covered with pebbles. The traditional winemaking process was long and required good temperature control.
For four generations, the Vellas vineyard has been committed to blending grape varieties that promise original wines that are typical of their terroir. Here, À l'encre de tes yeux is a wine with a beautiful deep and intense black colour.
On the nose, you will succumb to its notes of black fruits, blueberries, blackcurrants and violets. On the palate, it promises a beautiful generosity and harmony. This red wine can be drunk with red or white meat but also with cheese.
In the ink of your eyes Nicolas Vellas is quite surprising, he smells the sun of the region where he was born. He knows how to unveil its fruitiness in all simplicity to lovers of good wines.
