GRAPE VARIETY
Aromatic varieties characteristic of the high area of the Treviso region.
REGION
Obtained from grapes grown on the sunny hills of the Val de Brun estate.
VINIFICATION
Some of the red grapes are vinified separately with a short maceration, which transmits to the wine that typical colour and tone, much sought-after by the great lovers of "classic" sparkling wine, a wine with a particular fragrance, with a high amount. The scrupulous and careful champagnization of the base wine for 20/30 days, at low temperature, generates a balanced, delicate, very elegant and complete product.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 5-6°C.
TASTING NOTES
Beading: fine with a brilliant transparency and a pale ruby tone.
Colour: pale pink.
Odour: sweet, inviting, aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers.
Flavour: dry, sapid, lively harmonic and delicately aromatic.
