Description: This Haut'dacieuse champagne from the house of Champagne Jean-Pol Hautbois is characterized by its blend. The proportion of Pinot meunier at 75%, brings a lot of roundness and fruitiness. Pale yellow in color with very fine bubbles, A bold nose with aromas of plum and vine peach.
This gives us an ample, fat palate with medium acidity, a fresh and rich attack which gives aromas of white flesh fruit. To be enjoyed as an aperitif.
Dosage: Brut: 6 gr / liter
Aging on slats: 36 months minimum
